My stay was okay but I had issues with the room because it was leaking and later the AC stopped working. The staff had to put a bucket in the room but the room still got flooded.

One of the best stays I have had in a hotel, my stay was really beautiful and lovely. It was free of complaints and stress, enjoyable and very decent. Customer Service was good for me. I was very comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel and the workers are ill qualified. You need to improve on your menu to cater for international travelers. Bathrooms had no foot mats, Most of the times it took the receptionist time to answer an in house call. Also the hotel must have numbers for cab drivers instead of guests standing by the road side looking for a cab.

Purple Tulip Hotel And Resort. Gwarinpa is a perfect place to be,the environment is serene and neat.The room is cozy,Comfortable and beautiful with clean curtains and bed sheet.Water and Power supply was available throughout my stay,room service was swift to all my requests.Their staff was courteous,respectful and hospitable and their food was delicious.the only issue I had was the network,I could neither make nor receive calls and internet connection was really bad but I must commend their excellent customer service.

My stay at the Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very courteous, they attended to us very well. Their meal was very delicious and well served. I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay at the hotel because the hotel was a very beautiful place. Security was at its maximum, the meal was good, my room was very neat and well arranged. Although I did not like the fact that they paid less attention to hygiene. The seats were not so clean, the toilet was also not as clean it should be.

Wow, I loved my stay at the hotel. I had a room with a view! Well, my room was beside the pool and, although it was a little bit noisy, it was a great view nonetheless. Also, the room was very cool, with a comfortable bed. It was just generally easy to relax in. Did I mention that the staff was very nice too? I had a good time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

I left a comfort zone(B's Hive) just few meters away for this hotel. My wife and I wanted to just have a change of environment as we were in the other hotel for 2 days. Purple Tulip to us was really disappointing. We were checked in to an executive room, there was no water in the toilet, but the tap was flowing, Sometimes the tap would just stop running. One will have to call the reception before water is gotten. We were so disservice. Mosquitoes had a nice time as our roommates. Please the management should also do something about the paint of the hotel, these little things count. I can't go to a place and keep hissing in the morning out of regrets. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

Purple Tulip Gwarinpa is a great hotel. They have a good staff and great management, beautiful room and environment and, above all, very tasteful food. Your Food is awesome, I love it. My stay was, quite simply, great.

My stay at the hotel was not impressive,the room was okay but the bathroom facilities were not functional,Water and Power supply was not constant,Wi-Fi service was not available,the pool was not clean and the Customer service was not Efficient.

Room was okay, customer service was fair. I was made to watch local channels only. The international channels were not working for all the 4 days I spent there. Other than than it was a decent place to lodge.
