The hotel was really okay, would definitely book that hotel next time, but they need to change the time table for their breakfast, they should their breakfast a little bit light, like bread and egg not spaghetti.

I really enjoyed my experience and I will definitely visit there when next I come. They made me feel at home and I completely forgot that I was in a hotel.They did their job very well and my room was very clean. Everything was perfect.

The hotel was quite nice and everything worked perfectly, at first the TV was messing up but it was fixed fast. They really need to work on their food though, it was quite bad.

My stay was okay except that the bedsheets weren't looking so nice. I requested for it to be changed but my request wasn't tended to. Perhaps they reasoned that I was only going to stay for a night or they had no other alternative, either way, I was displeased. I used just a night there.

The hotel is okay. The room was comfortable enough but they need to improve on their customer service. It took a really long time before they responded to my request but they later did.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It is a very good location with good amenities present. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. I must comment that the rooms are very conducive too.

I had to sleep in darkness, the power wasn't steady and it was heavily rationed. The night was really hot. The water supply was erratic too for the same reason. It wasn't nice.

The hotel wasn\'t bad, their customer service is great, they gave me a warm welcome, the room was okay, i made the reservation earlier but couldn\'t pay via POS and my atm didn\'t pay me but they allowed me to stay till the next day and paid that afterwards.....i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel though it was for just one night

I would not say the hotel is bad but they really need to work on some renovations. There were lots of things that was not working. The hotel's management should look into this so that their clients can be more comfortable. The hotel staff were prompt in responding to requests and at least that was good.

Water supply was unstable. Average hotel.

My stay at this hotel felt very uncomfortable. The hotel is a mess. Water supply was poor. What is life without water, what is a good stay without water? I actually paid for a room where there was no water. I had high hopes of taking a shower after a very long day. My hopes were shattered.

My stay at Oak Hotel was fabulous. I enjoyed the customer service, meals and also the room because they had clean rooms and bathrooms. I am looking forward to coming back soon.

They should improve in the neatness of their rooms and their toilets.

I didn't quite enjoy my stay at the hotel as expected. I stayed awake all night battling with mosquitoes. This made me so uncomfortable. In fact, I think I should have paid less than the rate for that room for doing what the management should have taken care of.

My stay was wonderful, I would rate them four stars. Everything was perfect except for the fact that their food was quite expensive. Again I would say they were generally average

Water wasn't always available. The air conditioning unit was faulty too and the room felt hot at times. Power supply at the hotel was surprisingly steady, that was the only positive thing.

I didn't have a great stay at the hotel. It was just there and I was not pleased with the service. The AC was just making noise and it was really annoying, because it made me uncomfortable. The hotel management should ensure that is fixed, because I wouldn't want to return to have the same experience next time.

My stay at the hotel was quite impressive, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was neat and my room was also okay although it was quite small. However, the management should upgrade the standard of the hotel's facilities.

My stay was okay, I actually enjoyed staying here. The environment was nice and the rooms were okay although not spacious as I wanted. The hotel also has a very nice location and is well secured. Nice staff, they were very helpful. I would visit again some other time.

Comfortable place to stay

My stay was not as pleasing as expected, the socket to plug a phone, the fridge was not working, the A.C was not working, their service okay, the room sufficient enough for the price, the staff were nice.

My stay at the hotel was okay and the customer service was also good, the environment was clean, their staff were nice, they were very helpful.My room was spacious, food was delicious and everywhere was clean. Am impressed with the services and hope to use the hotel again.

I had a nice time at the hotel because it had a lot of things that I really enjoyed using. I slept on the nice and soft bed that was carefully laid with the finest bed sheets and duvet that was very clean and alright for a good sleep. The environment was equally very peaceful and clean.

The hotel was not up to standard, it needs to be upgraded. The intercom in the room was faulty. The meals from the hotel's restaurant did not taste good. The staff were unfriendly and they were never bothered about the satisfaction of their guests.

Nice hotel but it was a bit noisy at night.
