I had a horrible stay here. Everything seemed wrong with this hotel and nothing was working. The AC was leaking and I had to keep mopping water off the floor, the cable TV was blurry through out my stay and then there was no towel in my bathroom. They need to improve their facilities and services urgently.

My stay at the hotel was fair. The room was not as nice as I thought it would be, the colour of the bedspread had changed from white to brown due to the bad water supply at the hotel. I requested for another set of bedspread and pillowcase from the room service, he refused to change them at first but later, he came in with another set of beddings and I was glad.

I like the hotel. The services rendered were remarkable. Checking in was timely and I was allowed into the room early. The hotel management and staff were experienced. The room was cozy and the air conditioning unit functioned very well. I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel.

I am very disappointment with the level of service I received at Limeridge Hotel, there was no internet service all through my stay and when I complained about it, I was not given a reasonable answer. To crown it all up, the receptionist on duty was very nonchalant in answering to requests made by guest.

My stay at Limeridge Hotel was awful. My room was of a very good size with awesome bed. The customer service was very poor. They were always slow to respond when called upon. There was a night I requested for my dinner to be brought to my room, it took a staff more than an hour to bring it, I was half asleep when I heard a knock on my door with the food I ordered. The management needs to educate the staff on how to treat customers better.

But they only clean the rooms when we are out, like they have a permanent time they do the cleaning, not when dirty, also, my room bathroom did not have like an enclosure, the AC was working fine...and all did went well

My stay at the hotel was not too good. They lack customer service and I had to manage because it was close to my place of assignment. I would like them to improve on it.

I had a fantastic experience. The hotel was really enjoyable. Nice reception, beautiful room and it is very spacious. The staff were really nice and well trained, they really made me feel comfortable. They had a very big parking space where I parked with adequate security.

I had a good stay at the Hotel. However, I don't like their idea of complementary meal for one when couple do check in too. They should have complementary meals for couples also.

Your hotel is very beautiful and neatly kept but I must say that its lacks customer service, to me in any business customer's needs should always comes first and making customer's happy should be your ultimate goal. Towards the end of chevron drive is this hotel which looks so good on the inside. They should change the dull paint of the building. Comfy beds, small bathroom, working elevator, walking distance from a big supermarket with ATMs in the environment. The pool was dirty though, gym was very equipped but you must be dressed for it, the pool's changing room was bad. Finally, the AC in my room had water dripping out of it. I was promised by the staff that it would be fixed but the electrician never came.

My stay at the hotel was very fine, although I was not pleased with some things at the hotel. For example, the Key to my room was bad so I had to always look for one of the hotel's attendants whenever I needed to enter into my room. Secondly, there was a lot of noise at the hotel at mid night, it was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the bath tube was made of rubber and it was already weak! Apart from all these, the environment was serene and clean, the room was perfect and comfortable and the television functioned perfectly.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! Upon arrival the hotel room is not the same as the pictures at all. The room is dirty and unkept. Also infested with creatures!! The toilets are a mess. There was even human blood all over my pillows. I'm now upset because I paid for 10 days and I've been told I can't get a refund. Waste of money! It has made my experience in Nigeria horrible. I want to cry.

The hotel is just home away from home. My room was comfortable with a king size bed, toiletries and clean towel was available. Limeridge Hotel is a very good hotel, I will actually visit them more often. I was ushered in warmly by the ever friendly staff. My room was very beautiful and I really liked the look but was not satisfied with the pressure of the water from the shower as it was very low. Asides this, it was a good stay. I would advice the hotel management to fix the shower so as to avoid other guests bringing up this same issue on subsequent check in.

The location (Chevron drive) is excellent and secured, the hotel is located between two lush supermarkets. The receptionist was friendly, communicated with me in a good manner. The hotel was very clean with 24hr power supply. They have steady WiFi, lovely and reasonably priced meals. If you need anything, the staff will help you, if it isn't working, they will get someone to fix it.

My stay at the hotel was good but what I recall not liking was that when we got together with friends at the swimming pool, they did not have seats around. It's customary to have seats around the pool but yours was an exception.

I had a great stay at your hotel. I had no issues at all checking in or staying. Yours rooms are very nice and the water, like the power was steady. It is comforting to know that you can have as many showers as you want anytime in of day. This luxury is not obtainable in some hotels. You people are simply fantastic, thumbs up.

The hotel needs to do a proper maintenance on their structure. The wardrobe was almost falling off, the tap was leaking in the bathroom. Their response is very slow, the staff are not swift and prompt in handling complains. They should renovate the whole place.

The room size was small. As a result, the bed size was small too and I didn't feel quite comfortable using it. Another issue I had was the food. They cost an exorbitant amount. A plate of food went for as much N3,500. The food was tasty though but it won't matter much if one can't afford them conveniently.

Limeridge is a very good hotel with bad staff. The staff at the front desk is not customer friendly at all. I was not welcomed well, a staff saw me and just walked by moreover he saw me with my luggage but he never assisted.
