I got to the hotel and I was welcomed nicely, the staff are very nice and friendly. My room was kept clean and in order regularly. One thing I was not really comfortable with was the fact that I had to go outside to eat, the restaurant was not working. Please fix your restaurant so people would not have to go through the stress of going out to get meals. Beside that, I think the hotel is okay.

The hotel is amazingly cheap for its class. Lovely rooms, very clean toilets with no leaking pipes. All the necessary facilities were available for use: water heater, AC pumping, working intercom. Very polite attendants. The environment was well secured. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Try and see for yourself. Downside though was that the WiFi was not working and the signpost was too small making it difficult for cab services to locate the hotel.

This hotel is below standard, I had plans to stay for four nights but I only stayed for one. You guys should check the status of your hotel again, many things are wrong with the hotel. I did not have a good stay as I just could not bear the level of shoddiness that abounded in the place, hence my checking out the very next day. They have to step up fast!

I didn’t like this hotel and its location and the room wasn’t comfortable. I needed a place to lodge and at least it served the purpose; I stayed for just a night here.

Splendor suite is a small hotel but very nice. I needed a place close to my meeting point and it did served the purpose. It’s a lovely place that I can always stay anytime. The only challenge I have with them is that they have a bar but no restaurant.

I like this hotel but the state I met it was below expectation. I was not comfortable, air conditioner did not cool well, there was no hot water and bathroom was small. However, the room attendant was very nice and responsive.

Staff was great and welcoming. Great hospitality. I really needed wifi during my stay but their wifi listed on the website was not functioning at all which i was not happy with and i complained several times but no response.

My stay was nothing to write home about. The room wasn't comfortable and I wouldn't recommend for anybody to stay in a place like that. The hotel management needs to actually focus on ensuring that adequate maintenance is carried out on the hotel. One should not be lodging in a hotel and be so uncomfortable.

The hotel was really a nice place to stay, the room was comfortable and neat.The bathroom was clean and water was available. The hotel had excellent customer service, their staff were hospitable. The food was tasty and affordable. I believe it's a good place and I would recommend it to my family and friends.

I had a wonderful and great stay at Splendor Suite, the room was clean and comfortable. Water and Power Supply was available and I was also impress with the efficiency of the staff. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again.

My night was fine here and no complain or observation for now.

This is a good hotel, the environment was serene and extremely neat, the staff were very helpful. They assisted my friends and I with our luggage. The room we stayed in was beautiful and well furnished, we had no issue throughout our stay but on the day we were to check out, there was no water running in the bathroom. However, we were apologized to by the staff on duty and they helped us to get water. We had a pleasant stay.

Splendor Suites is a good hotel which lacks proper maintenance and I would advice the hotel management to work on the rooms so as to make it convenient for subsequent guests. The bulb in my room was not working. The bathroom was dirty and also had faulty bulb. I did not enjoy my stay.

Their staff were welcoming, the hotel was great and their environment was calm and peaceful, they also have good customer service

I was impressed with the luxury of the place and I was overall satisfied with my stay. The service delivery was on point. All the facilities available were fully functional, No complaints whatsoever about the hotel.

My stay was not so bad. I got treated the exact way I wanted. All I needed was made available as at the time I checked in. I was particularly impressed with how prompt their room service was. The environment was nice but could have been made neater and more attractive. I look forward to a better stay next time.

I got to the hotel and everyone was about their business.The staff responsible for washing were doing their washing and those for cleaning were doing their cleaning. Most impressive of all was the fact that electricity was on throughout the period of my stay. Even when the light went off, the hotel immediately put on the generator. The hotel is well maintained and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was a bit difficult locating the hotel though because it is inside the heart of town.

I enjoyed my stay here. I had no issues checking in and out of the place. The room was comfortable to stay in and the house keepers made good effort to keep the place clean and tidy throughout my stay there. The service delivery was also very goo. However, I forgot my gold coins there and I have not been able to get it back as no one claimed to have seen it.

I did not stay long here but the little time I spent I really enjoyed it. My room was okay, the mattress was soft and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The environment was also okay, secured and peaceful.

My experience at Splendor Suites was awesome, the environment was quiet and calm. My room was comfortable with a beautiful curtain and a clean bed spread. Water and power supply was constant and the food was tasty. Customer service was excellent, intercom and internet connection was available. I am satisfied with all their services.

It's not my first time at this hotel and I'm getting used to the terrible service because I'm getting tired of expecting any form of change. The only reason I returned is because the hotel is quite affordable considering it's location. But I believe I should get a little value for my money. All the facilities in the hotel don't work. The television in the room I stayed was decorative as it didn't work. The hotel is quite cheap so if you don't mind the bad service, you can make use of it.

Apart from the WIFI that was moving at a high speed which I enjoyed so much the hotel is averagely okay. I think they need to improve and get a proper maintenance culture.

It went well, I love the environment but I don't like the room I got. The TV wasn't working, the bathroom was blocked and so water wasn't moving down the drain at all. The staffs were quite helpful but it was beyond them. The place could use a proper maintenance operation so as to fix the issues they have.

This hotel is guaranteed to fulfill your satisfaction by any means necessary. The facilities are clean, the view is amazing. The staff are the nicest people you will ever meet and the pool is gorgeous. and well clean. The room was well cleaned and maintained. Good service delivery and good customer service as well.

I enjoyed my stay, the service was very good and the rooms were quite comfortable. There was no such thing as being unsatisfied because their staff were prompt with all duties. There was constant water supply and electricity, the environment was a good relaxation spot. I get this fabulous experience every time I use this hotel, I am highly impressed!

The hotel was not really up to my standard but their customer service was okay......The rooms should always be kept tidy....was kind of disappointed with their service this year because I was there last year and their services was quite better than this year, it was like they just went down in their service this year, their Wi-Fi wasn't working and also the water heater wasn't working, the parking space was also very tight

My stay at Splendor Suites was very much okay but I think it needs a little more proper maintenance because some the facilities in the room were not working as at when I checked in. For example, the air condition was never working all through my stay at the hotel which was really bad, I actually informed a staff but nothing was done till my check out date.

Splendor Suites is just the right place to stay - unbelievably clean environment, nice and courteous staff, firm bed and secure environment. I'm happy I stayed at this wonderful hotel. I will surely be back there anytime I need to visit Lagos.

I was not so impressed with the quality of service I got. The hotel's environment is not well maintained. The rooms were dirty, the bed, uncomfortable and old. The staff, though very nice at check in, did not act apologetic. I was so disappointed. You had better fix these things or I won't return to your hotel.
