I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The environment was quiet, nice and serene. However, there was no water heater in the bathroom so I could not use hot water. At some point also, water stopped running completely. The customer service is very good though. I liked the way the staff attended to me. Nice place aside the water issue.

I had such a good time and it was really money well spent. This isn't my first time at the hotel but the service always remains impeccably good and void of flaws. I'm not saying they're perfect but the service is good.

I had so much fun at Protea Hotel Kuramo Waters, the hotel was beautiful. I am highly impressed with their services. The hotel had excellent customer service, beautiful environment and wonderful staff. My room was comfortable and well kept. There was constant supply of power and water, clean towel, toothpaste and soap. Everything needed to make me comfortable was available in the bathroom and I hope they can keep it up.

My stay was superb. Protea Hotel Kuramo Waters is simply the best, I enjoyed everything about the hotel from the serenity of the hotel to the ever listening customer service to the beautiful rooms and also sweet meals offered. It was extremely fantastic. I love this hotel.
