This is really a home away from home,with the serene environment,nice swimming pool,bush bar,executive lounge and their super chef chunning out a lot different kind of delicacies,been here honestly will make you think you are in any of the western countries

I visited Lagos for business and found this excellent and quaint location to lodge. I stayed here for 8 days and I couldn't have asked for better service. This hotel has one of the most attentive staffs that I have ever experienced within the hospitality industry. The hotel is extremely clean, well kept, and well stocked with almost 24 room service that is provided to the guest. There was nothing that this hotel didnt do to satisfy my requests. Excellent armed security takes care of everything. I have been all over the world but this hotel experience was by far the most memorable, I sent some linens and clothes to the laundry to wash and clean. I went out for the whole day and came back to be confronted by a hotel staff that asked me very quietly if I had left something in my pants pockets that went to be washed. I then searched my pockets and to my suprise I was missing $1100 in US currency. I couldn't believe that I had forgotten the money, more so I couldn't believe that I was actually getting it back. This wouldn't even happen in the USA. This owner has taught and trained his staff with the utmost respect and values. This hotel is by far a diamond that has been overlooked in the city of Lagos. Thank you Milestone for the excellent service, hospitality, and honesty.

I had no issues at all at the hotel. In fact, my stay was wonderful. Everything was perfect and just as it ought to be. The customer service was very good and service delivery was awesome. Clean environment, good food, friendly staff, stable power and water supply. No complaints about the place. I would give a nine over ten rating to the hotel for the services rendered.

I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. I was given a warm reception. The room service was pleasant that all my request were attended to in no time. The hospitality I received from the hotel was immeasurable. I can not forget the fish I was served at the bar of the hotel, it was mouth-watering. I had a nice experience at the hotel.

My stay at the Hotel was wonderful, I enjoyed every bit of their services, staff were always willing to be of help. All facilities have been improved and functioning well compared to the last time I stayed at the hotel. The hospitality was excellent, thanks to their great customer service team. I really enjoyed my stay.

My stay was horrible. I was treated in a tactless manner and I am unimpressed. The hotel's staff need to be more considerate and yielding toward their customer's needs. If you are particular about how you're treated, it's best you avoid the hotel then. Personally, I'm not going back there.

I had a fair stay at the hotel because their services were a bit slow and the staff were not so professional. I was however given a good room that was a quite neat, electricity was okay and there was adequate water supply.

I did not like the hotel at all because their services was nothing to write home about. I am definitely not coming back to this hotel again. their serving etiquette was very poor, serving four people with two trays. As if that was not enough, we were checked in to a room with stained bed sheets and when we asked for a change, the hotel refused to change it for us. We has to sleep on stained bed sheets. This is very terrible. Their services are very bad and I will not come back here.

This hotel has a lot of good facilities, although they can be better maintained. The staff needs training on customer service. Other than this, my stay was not bad. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Overall, it is not a bad place to stay for the price.

The main issue with your hotel was the rooms and bathroom. I got a toilet with a broken seat. It was old and looked creaky and frail. It looked dirty too. I couldn't enjoy any quiet in the room, everywhere was just noisy.

This hotel looks good from the outside which attracted my family & I but from the moment we paid and checked in we saw a different view of the hotel. I got a suite but needed 2 extra duvets for my kids for which I was ready to pay but was denied even after a long chat with the Manager. I then asked for the most expensive suite that may have enough beds and duvets but my request was denied. After much back & forth, I decided to take 2 separate rooms and felt since they took more money from me now I would get some good service. I was so wrong. It was either there was no hot water or the AC wasn't working or no TV or no remote for TV & AC, dirty sheets or there was no diesel in the generator for light or the doors are faulty & can't be locked from the inside. Thought I was just plain unlucky till I saw some other guest complaining about the same issues and how the staffs addressed her so rudely. After several picked & dropped calls to the reception & Manager's office about my room not having AC, I was bluntly told by the Manager to bear with them i.e. sleep in a room with no AC. I was shocked and then I saw the sheer wickedness in the Manager who said there was no room in the hotel to move me to. After I asked for a refund so I can leave she said my money can't be refunded & I had to stay in the room that way. When she saw I was getting angry with the service & rudeness, she sent someone to take me to a smaller cigarette smelling room with lower amenities at about 11pm (checked-in/paid ~12noon) for which she then lied that it was the same rate. My whole family was perplexed but my kids were already too tired that my wife & I decided to just sleep and pray never to come back to this hotel again. It was just a terrible experience and don't be surprised to see someone from them post a directly opposite & 'wonderful' experience of theirs after this. They are good in the con job. I wish I had read & believed the earlier negative reviews before I booked this hotel.

The light went off at about 7 am. It's now 12 pm and it's not yet back. I'm still yet to check-in because of this, so I'm very pissed.

I liked everything about this hotel except for one thing, the light goes off at 9am in the morning. Especially for an someone that goes to sleep at about 7am in the morning due to the time difference from California, you can see the problem. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
