I was very disappointed. This hotel was nothing to compare to other hotels am used to. Electricity was not constant, room and toilet was small. When I complained about the light I was told they can’t put on the generator at that time. There are some other hotels with the same standard with a lower rate and you will still enjoy yourself.

The hotel was okay and very clean, my room was comfortable but the restroom wasn’t okay, no toiletries and there was water on the floor

The hotel is relatively new and my room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice and considerate. The management gave me a discount and a better room than the one I paid for. I was really impressed. My only complaint was that my room had no refrigerator, no TV remote control and the bathroom was a bit too small.

I am not pleased with the hotel services. The service quality is not what i expected. Hospitality and comfort seriously needs to be improved upon.

The hotel was okay and easy to find and I would definitely recommend this hotel because of its accessibility, comfort and affordability.

I really enjoyed myself here, hotel location was perfect for me; close to where I had my programme and the international airport. I will also commend the staff, they were very efficient but food from the restaurant was not too good, this I feel they should improve on. Personally, I will visit again and also tell my friends.

The hotel is terrible; the bed sheet was not clean and stained. I would never recommend the hotel to anybody.

I was impressed with the warmness of the atmosphere and quietness of the environment considering the location of the hotel; Allen Avenue which is known for its noisiness. I was treated well by those at the reception.The hotel building was very lovely with a catching color. The bar was well stocked and boasted of a lot of drinks. I think the only complaint I have is that the bed in my room was a bit old and worn.

The room is fairly okay and the location is perfect. But was surprised to see the bathroom the same way I left it the last time I lodged here, nothing has changed. It was far below standard. They need to work on all plumbing facilities, not necessary to get a new one but maintain the old ones. Also, the television only shows few channels.
