I did not enjoyed my stay at Ocean Pavilion Hotel. Although, the hotel had a good atmosphere, the room was neat and tidy, the bathroom was well cleaned and the staff were wonderful. But the water supply was nothing to write home about, the water was colored and it had odor.

The hotel had poor customer service all through my stay, they were slow to respond to every of my request. The rooms were not bad, clean and had a working air conditioning unit. They also had 24 hours power supply.

I felt miserable at the hotel and totally loathed my stay. You could spot body fluids on the bed sheets. I pleaded so it could be changed. The bathroom was crappy and I dreaded having my bath. I didn't wash till I left the following morning.

The hotel is quite nice. However, most of it's grandeur is trumped by the fact that one has to go through thick and thin just to get to the hotel's location. It wasn't a good journey getting there at all. And it discouraged all my plans of going out.

I had a bad stay at the hotel, the room I checked into was terrible, the bed sheet was very dirty, the room generally was in a bad state. Though the the toilet was neat, all other facilities present were not good. The hotel needs to improve on it.

It is a very beautiful hotel I must say, situated in a very prominent area which was quite easy for me to locate. They should however do something about the bathroom and toilet. The facilities were up to standard and my room was absolutely perfect. I even extended my stay.

The hotel has a good location with a beautiful view but, I didn't quite enjoy my stay. The water wasn't too good. It was colored and had a bad odor. This made the toilet a bit messy. The intercom wasn't working so I had to go to the reception each time I had a need. I think the hotel needs to improve the quality of their services.

Worst hotel ever. I went there because it was cheap and I really regretted. Had to just stay there for one night the next day I packed my load and ran. Mosquitoes chased me from the place. Nice staff though. The hotel needs to improve.

I started having problem from the beach road that leads to your hotel, my advice is that your hotel should get another root that leads to the hotel, and your services were not impressive. It's a good location with a bad management. Please work on all these.

Ocean Pavilion hotel is very nice but the location is not good. It is too far from the expressway and not easy to find.

Bad road, bad room, dirty water, no WI-fi.

The hotel is not good and up to my standard at all. A lot of facilities were not put in place for use. The hotel management needs to improve in that regard. I am not so surprised though, because I didn't pay so much for the place.

The rooms are well furnished but very dirty toilet and bathroom dirty bed sheets and duvet, dusty room. There was no water as such I had to call a staff to bring water before I have my bath nice staff but unprofessional

I totally enjoyed my stay at your hotel, there was no reason not to. Customer satisfaction is a real priority and it's evident in your services. I will be coming over again sometime next week.

The hotel had no water flowing. Jacuzzi and bath area looks abandoned. Cockroaches were available. This hotel needs to be closed for renovations. Has potentials but only good for short rest as observed.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel. It was not really nice for me. There was no power supply. There were too many mosquitoes flying around and the staff were not nice enough. They did not attend to me well. The toilet also was not properly maintained. My check in and check out went well though.

The place was very decent with 24 hours power supply, the food is nice and I enjoyed every meal served at the hotel. The environment was very quiet and there was a large parking space for vehicles to be parked in. The security was relatively tight.

The hotel was good...their customer service was also great, i really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.....but the hotel was very far from the main road and the road leading to the hotel was very bad

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. At first, it seemed like I was going to face a little bit of discomfort because of some issues in the room, but the hotel's attendants came to sort it out. The room was made tidy, water was constant, the environment wasn't noisy and the rate was fair enough. It was a nice time.

My stay at the hotel was a good one, the hotel is really a place to be. I am so impressed with the way the staff were respectful and quick with their duties. My room was neat and and comfortable, their food was delicious and all facilities were working perfectly. I hope to use the hotel when I visit again.

The place is a very good place, the comfort is amazing. I love the fact that it's close to lekki beach.

My stay at the hotel was bad. The management of the hotel needs to improve on its facilities and services. The toilet and bathroom were nothing to write home about, they were in a very bad state. I could not even take my bath because I felt irritated at the sight of seeing the toilet. Although, the staff attended to me well and they were hospitable.

I had high expectations when I made a reservation at Ocean Pavillion but my expectations were cut short. Everything was terrible, from check in to check out. The services were so poor, the staff were rude, the room was dirty and untidy, the bathroom was messed up and the road leading to the hotel is bad.

I had great difficulty locating the hotel as the road was bumpy, then on getting to the hotel, there was no power. I could not even stay till my check out date as I left the hotel the same day I checked in.

This is the worst hotel I’ve been to in my over 40years of existence. Unmaintained property, water not running, they practically had to fetch water in buckets and put in the rooms. Even the water is so hard and sticky on your body. I had to pour water from the bucket to flush the toilet. Google map leads you to a different address from the hotel address. My taxify driver was moving round and round for several minutes following the map without getting to the place until we had to ask locals who directed us back to the Lekki-Epe express where we had to use the exit in almost 700mtrs after the Jakande exit as on the map. Terrible experience. I had to change hotel eventually

My stay at the hotel was okay....but the hotel was somehow far and they don't sell food at the hotel

I rate the hotel a dismal 6 out of 10. Everything could be better and my experience was very ordinary. I could only manage a night before leaving.

The hotel is very bad and I regret staying there. There was no air conditioner in the room, the fan there was not working. There were mosquitoes flying around. I could not get a good night's sleep. Virtually all the facilities there were bad. I did not enjoy my stay there at all.
