I had an okay experience

I appreciated the service quality, and food quality (especially my lst dinner) and the variety, plus it was quite close to my company to where I'd come for a week's training; I also appreciated the 'free' breakfast and the security. May be the cleaning of rooms by housekeeping department could be improved upon (to include warddrobe, windows,door handles, and refrigerator even if they not in constant use by clients) as I did found these left something to be desired! My stay at the hotel was so awesome. There was no reason to complain about anything. They were security conscious, customer service was great and room service was prompt. My room was very conducive and the meal was okay. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel was below my expectation. Everything was poor; from the tap, shower, air condition to the service was very bad. The most annoying thing was that I with someone that just came back from abroad. It wasn't a good experience for us. Staff were not helpful. I can never recommend this hotel or stay here anymore. The place was annoying.
