I do not recommend this hotel for anyone. Though the building is nice, it is poorly funded and managed. What is the essence of staying in a hotel where you can't have essential services. Water to bath had to be fetched in a bucket and brought to the room. Very poor services!!!

My stay was absolutely amazing, check in and check out was swift. I had a swell time in the hotel, I loved the environment because it was nicely decorated with potted plants and beautiful flowers. The customer service was also remarkable, as they attended to me in a professional manner. It's a beautiful place to be.

This was actually not my first time, the hotel and the environment was very friendly loved it, the only little challenge i had was that the music was too loud, well probably because of the valentine celebration.

I wasn't exactly comfortable at the hotel, the bed was small and I had to put up with the faulty air condition in my room. Hotels.ng on the other hand did a good job. I am deeply satisfied with their service.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are exellent, and their services are awesome. The environment is quiet and nice,seen is believe.

My stay was great but electricity was not 24/7 and wifi was not available. The staff were good and pleasant.

There is practically no water in the hotel. So of course their bathroom was a total mess. Lest I forget to mention that the general hotel environment had this unpleasant smell. Needs serious looking-into

My stay at was wonderful,water and power supply was uninterrupted,their staff was efficient and respectful,the hotel's environment was neat and quiet,excellent room service,I am impressed with their services.

I was here last year December and I complained about the room given to me, there no hot water and I did not get a response to the issue on time. I'm here now this year, I went to the reception to complain about the intercom and to request for my breakfast. Could you believe that nothing was done after 3 hrs? I had to go back to the reception to lay the same complain and to my surprise, nothing was done about the breakfast and the intercom . Please you need to improve on the service you provide, Beautiful rooms, nice environment and cool location. Please add more to you service

The hotel looks quite okay on the outside. The rooms are damp and smell stale. The rooms are also not well cleaned and spacious. The bedsheets did not look clean too. The place is almost run down and I think this is because the place is used for short time services. I wasn’t impressed. Sloppy staff right from front desk, trying to be over - familiar without being professionally welcoming, almost patronizing. I regretted staying that I had to move to another hotel

The hotel is okay. It is located in a calm and quite environment,the room given to me was spacious, comfortable, and price was reasonable. Their services are satisfactory; constant power supply with standby generator, adequate parking space with security, internet facilities and well trained staff. I will recommend to my family and friends.
