The person that attended to us was very good, I have to say. The hotel has top notch services but is lacking in maintenance. They need to step up in that regard.

I was told your restaurant isn't functioning since the cook was away. I had no access to food. My girlfriend prepared all the meals we ate for a whole week. Besides the issue with food, I didn't have much issues at your hotel.

I had a really bad time at the hotel as nothing was in place. The room was very untidy on my arrival, they had to rush to clean it and even after cleaning I still had roaches in my room which disgusted me alot. They also had a very poor power supply and the staff were very lazy and slow to work. I had heat rashes due to too much heat at night as the generator was always turned off by 12am which was very annoying. I feel sad for the hotel management.

Please, I am here to confess the Story of the Hotel has been redefined by the New Management, 95% of the facilities are back, Good Bed, Air conditioner, stable power supply, Functional restaurant, and amazing new staff.

My stay at the hotel was unsatisfactory. The air conditioning unit in the room was faulty, it did not function well till I checked out. The water supply was not constant. Although, the room rate was affordable but the hotel needs to upgrade its services.

The facilities were not too good, I changed my room category as the other room I made the reservation for was terrible. The electricity was not steady, I extended my stay and there is still no power supply in the hotel and the generator was not switched on. They need to improve their services.
