My stay at the hotel was unpleasant as i had to wait for over two hours for them to clean up the room. I was even further delayed before i could actually go into the room.

The hotel was okay for the value for the money....My stay at the hotel was good but the hotel doesn't have a reception and there was no one to move a customer's luggage from the car to the room, they should look into that in order to add more value to their services

I did feel good but I sincerely feel the hotel need a proper maintenance service. Many hotel are taking over so a major restructuring is needed.

I traveled from America to Enugu Nigeria and I slept there in Blue Island Hotel in room207 and I must say that everything about this place was wonderful from management all the way to housekeeping I can't remember names but you all was excellent and when I come back blue island will be the place I will sleep you all made my two weeks there wonderful!!!!!!!!!

It was located in one of the best location in Enugu. Room was okay but mosquitoes almost finished me.

My stay was awesome. I love their service; the staff were very helpful and organized, high speed internet service, constant power supply, the food tasted nice. My room was comfortable, neat and well arranged. The environment was clean and the atmosphere conducive.

Below average.The AC kept making loud noises and I could hear the same noise from other rooms too. The water system in the toilet was broken and there was so many mosquitoes.

Very good hotel considering how much paid for the booking. Just the bar and some of the facilities can be improved.

Room was ridiculously small and no towel in the bathroom. There was interruption in the power supply but water was constant. The hotel was not different from other hotels within the same standard.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, the reception I got while checking-in was good, there was so much smile from the moment I drove into the compound. I had a little problem with the room I stayed, the AC was not working well and was making the room hot but the problem was addressed as soon as made the complain, a fan was taken to my room and the manager even asked for my room to be changed for a room with a working AC. I really had a nice time.
