The hotel claimed that my reservation had not been made and I was almost turned back. I had to talk with the manager to get a room to stay in after having booked the hotel online. When I was eventually checked in, I turned out not to like the place. The room was very small and uncomfortable. The place was not well cleaned and properly maintained. The staff were nice and courteous though. In fact, that is the only good thing about the place.
