The hotel did not meet my stand. Their service quality was too poor, There was no constant electricity, The delivery service was slow, The television was dusty and dirty

The distance between the rooms and the restaurant is too far. I have to go through a maze just to eat food. Something should be done about it. Apart from that,i had a good time.

I lodged here in early march of 2014, I have stayed in many hotels, and considering the fact that Owerri is saturated with hotels Kelvic Suite is in a class of its own; Portable, refreshing and serine. I will always go back to Kelvic Suites. The service is prompt and when there is a delay, they apologise. The security is comforting and the front desk is very reassuring. This 'PLACE' is just good.

My stay for two nights was okay no problem at all. I appreciate the manager, the staffs and the owner of the hotel for a work Weldone.

It is a new hotel in Owerri and I like the location and the security at the hotel. I have stayed here on four occasions and I enjoy the serenity of the place. There is a small swimming pool, a small gym house and I would call it a portable hotel. I noticed that the bricklayers and carpenters who did the job at the hotel did not do a very neat job but it is a hotel I would recommend to anyone any day.

There were flies all over the room which was not really pleasant but it was fixed immediately I complained..Staying with the hotel was good. My stay for two nights was okay, no problems at all. The staffs welcomed me well, services were equally satisfying. I enjoyed the serenity of the environment

My stay was okay just that they charge me a rather more expensive money than what I intend paying, I booked for N8,000 and I was charged N13,000, I was so surprised they had to charge me extra that because I have been using the hotel for quite a long time now
