The customer service was very okay.

My experience was okay. Customer service isn't that professional but it's not bad either. There's hot water. Experience was satisfactory.

My stay was nice. The facilities worked properly through out my stay there. There was no shortage of power at any point and the environment was really clean; properly maintained. The only complaint I had was that there was no free wifi available as stated on the hotel's website.

I did not really enjoy my stay at the hotel. Even though I had no issues checking in and out of the place, I did not like the room I stayed in as it was not so comfortable. The bathroom was not clean and water did not flow there in the morning. I would rate the hotel four over ten. The hotel can really use an improvement.

The reception was poor and uncultured, facilities need major repairs and maintenance, AC in my room didn't work rather the room was flooded with water from the AC

I did not stay at your hotel but my cousin did, I made the reservation for her. She complained about mosquitoes biting her at night. I spoke with your hotel the next day about this and I am guessing you did something about this since she didn't complain anymore. Besides the mosquitoes, I will say she had a good stay.

Customer service is zero. The front service staff - Peace, is extremely arrogant. I have to pay to warm my meal. Intercoms not working and absurd dress code by the staff.

I like the place but the only thing I didn't love is the air conditioner which was making a lot of noise, please they should work on that.

I had a very unpleasant stay at the hotel, the service quality was extremely poor. The receptionist was very rude; their staff generally had bad attitudes. The intercom was not working, I needed to microwave my food and I was asked to pay for gas because the microwave was not working. This is extremely inefficient and I will never go back to the hotel
