Best service and nice experience but the WiFi was not working everywhere

I was impressed with their service, their staff were very calm and understanding. The environment was conductive and I was comfortable. My room was spacious, neat and well arranged in an attractive way. The hotel was well equipped, maintained and well secured. I enjoyed every bit of meal that was served. Lastly, thanks to Hotels.ng that gave me opportunity to make my booking in advance, the experience is so awesome and I really enjoyed every moment spent at the hotel.

The hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms are smelling, Dirty beddings with odors, work on your cleanness.

My stay at the hotel was very okay. I had a nice time and I enjoyed the services rendered to me. The environment was clean and comfortable. All the required facilities were also available for use. However, I have a feedback for the hotel. The front desk officer checked me in by simply asking for my name. No means of identification was requested. I believe that there should be some level of security consciousness as anybody can go to check in at the hotel since no means of identification is required. My stay was near perfect though and I had no issues while I stayed there.

I had three major issues during my stay at the hotel. Firstly, electricity at the hotel was terrible, we experienced a lot of power outage, the charger to my phone and ipad got burnt in the process. Secondly, the price for a plate of meal was too expensive, a bottle of water was about NGN 500 and a meal was about NGN 5500. Lastly, I could not make payment through POS. I had to go to a nearby ATM to withdraw cash and I misplaced my ATM card in the process. It was a stressful stay.

My stay was very good. There was no issue checking in and out of the hotel. The hotel provided good customer services and functional facilities. It was a run for my money. One observation that caused me great dissatisfaction was that the television had limited channels available. Only movies were showing on the available channels so I could not watch the news.

Ibis Lagos Airport is a very popular hotel, I had no issue at all locating the hotel and it's a perfect place to enjoy. Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, the room was spacious and had everything I need. The bed was firm, air conditioning unit was working fine, food was tasty and affordable, water and power supply was available. It was a breath taking experience, the customer service was amazing too. They had nice rooms and clean reception and parking space was more than enough to house so many vehicles of the guest that were present at the hotel during my stay. The room was well ventilated, clean and the bathroom was nice as well. I would recommend them.

The courtesy of the staff is by far the best I have experienced and made our stay outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and the shower amazing. The breakfast was good too. You can just sit in your courtyard to get some fresh air. The hotel has a very nice structure, their services is great and the facilities are of good quality. Good location with a high level of security, I will come back soon.

Lumpy bed The female Receptionist on phone seem more interested in sounding Americana and fast than in communicating Room tiny and neat but with a rancid urine-like smell Told no porter, but they kindly asked someone to help me move my bags on I would have to do that myself. The hotel is just much Ado about nothing. The major thing they have going for them is closeness to the airport which in Lagos is a big deal. No complimentary tiny tube paste even the cheapest of hotels offers, so. ease comes with yours. Definitely not coming back.

My stay was fantastic

My stay was very fine. The staff are wonderful. However, the room I was put in was too small for the rates they charge. I was expecting something bigger.

They need to renew their maintenance.

It is a very good hotel and I enjoyed my stay. I have a few observations though: The cleaning department of the hotel should open windows to air the rooms regularly after guests check out. Th hotel should also change their carpets or work on their flooring.

The services was bad, the bed was not good. Checking-in was very stressful. Customer service was poor, the room was not tidy.

I stayed at Hotel Ibis near the airport on the 24th of April on my way to a different destination, I was a little disappointed in the service my wife and I received at this hotel because the hotel staff do not know how to pamper their guests after a long flight and time change difference from a foreign country, in our case it was almost two days of travel time. The employees do not have the care, they are just act like you are there to disturb them, put it this way, they are not enthused to see you. To crown it all the hotel management does not have the staff to helping with your luggage, they said it's self service, I was like you kidding me, self service with five big luggage and four carry on? That from the country I came from was unacceptable for customer service. This last time I will stay here because I don't like to go to where I'm not wanted. I want value for my money.

I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were nice, the room was clean and the facilities actually work. What more makes and good stay than any of these? Well done guys, keep up the good work.
