The hotel is easily accessible and beautiful. Their rooms are very comfortable and spacious; service was up to the standard. I enjoyed my stay here.

They do not know about an excellent customer service and comfort.The house keeping and maintenance are in dire need of an overhaul. It either cockroaches, mosquitoes or AC issues. Despite several complaints nothing much was done, this is irritating. I however must compliment the food, especially Indian cuisine, not the complimentary breakfast though.

They have a wide varieties of meal to choose from but they are mostly Indian dishes. All the facilities were functioning properly; my room was very comfortable and spacious. This Hotel has potentials. Good location, good buildings and facilities, great staff . BUT overpriced , double room rate Naira 22,895 per night, The room is very basic. In one of the rooms no towel provided, the beds have seen better days,the furnitures are ancient , the shower dribbles. Why keeping an empty fridge in the rooms ? It needs serious interior refurbishment, with modern decor, to complete in this class. You need to change the checking inn procedure , Too much of faffing and time wasting.

I love the services of this hotel but did not love the fact that they only provided blanket on the bed and there was no bed spread.

The Indian/Continental food here is really good. Also there is a SuperMarket below the hotel and a Saloon too. Will definitely suggest it to people coming here.

There was no towel available in the room. The services provided was really bad. The WiFi was also not working well. There needs to be service improvement and better facilities if you are paying so much. There should also be discount prices on room rates for people staying longer.

I stayed here for two nights last week. It was not my first experience there since I have checked into Cumberland hotel several times in the past. I find services there generally agreeable. However, I was not comfortable with the strong smell of cigarettes apparently left by the previous occupant of the room. I had "running nose" within 30 minutes of checking into the room. After opening the windows and using the fans for a while l was relieved. Are there non smoking rooms?

My stay was great. I so much enjoyed this hotel. Its a very comfortable place for a holiday or a weekend. The hotel has a very nice structure. The staff were really welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very neat and spacious with good facilities and services. It is a very beautiful place. The location is perfect. I had a memorable stay here. The hotel is well maintained, secured and offers intercontinental dishes. The environment was clean with a friendly atmosphere. My stay was indeed a memorable one; the staffs were very accommodating and highly professional. Cumberland is indeed beautiful and easy to locate.

I managed to eat their meal because I had no option. Their menu is mainly continental dishes, which is not supposed to be. We are Nigerians they should try to promote our meal. The bed in the room is very small and also the security men are not efficient.
