This is an ageing budget hotel, good location, easily accessible. I was expected so check in was smooth, clean rooms for it's age. Some of the bathroom fittings are worn out. The staff were quite polite and nice. I had only two major issues, 1) While they try to maintain constant power all day the big generator doesn't come on till 5pm so you can't have the AC on untill then. 2) There is nothing like WIFI in the hotel. The hardware is there but I believe their subscription has not been renewed in a very long time in line with earlier reviews that had the same complaint.

This hotel probably was great at one time but it is now fallen to sub standard. However, if what you want is just a clean, safe place that is easily accessible then this is it. Due to age, some bathroom facilities do not work but I had hot water. The WIFI subscription has not been renewed for a while now. Food wasn't bad though. Though there was constant power, a smaller gen was used during the day so you cant have the air conditioner working until 5 pm or if you are fortunate to have public power restored before then. The staff are nice and polite anyway.

i stayed there from the 16th to the 18th of September and all i can say is the service was crap. Room service is sooo poor. it took house keeping forever to clean my room, change the sheets and towels. I had to go to the reception to complain about my room after repeatedly calling them. Staff are just clueless about the service industry.

The hotel was good, the staff were excellent and helpful. My stay was very fine.

The service experience i enjoyed in Doko hotel was impeccable, i wasn't expecting such in comparison to their rate. The service delivery was excellent with well prepared meals from their restaurant. The room and bathroom were well maintained. Kudos to the management!

My stay was ok. The hotel wasnt so clean but it was manageable. The services were good and the location and comfort was ok.

My stay at the hotel was okay, there was water and power supply throughout my stay. My room was clean and comfortable and they had good customer service.
