The hotel was not up to my expectation at all. We had to change room for almost 3 times. I requested for a tea and the guy brought it with a broken saucer. I told him immediately that he should have used ordinary tea cup instead of this broken saucer. The toilet was bad and the bathroom curtain was transparent and dirty. I didn’t bother to use their dirty towel because I went with mine. The staffs were not friendly. I told them I would never come here or recommend the hotel. The name ROYAL doesn’t suite the hotel.
