Stayed in this hotel October/November 2014, good location, (nearer to Ozone shopping mall) constant electricity, and the staff were very nice and professional, but there's need for their bath tub/bathroom be properly washed as it has turned brown.

My experience at the hotel was horrible, Their intercom was not working, had to be going downstairs to make request whenever i need anything, their bathroom was rubbish, water was leaking everywhere, it wasn't nice at all

the hotel was ok and everything just fine. The management should ensure that the room service should always come with a receipt so one can have an idea of how much the bill cost, before the date to check out

We came in from New York to attend our Sister's wedding. I chose this Hotel via internet. We stayed for 7 nights and had a FANTASTIC stay.The staff were wonderful and very helpful from Henry who checked us in to Vincent, Nkem, Security guys and the night manager Femi and also the guys who operated the elevator. THANK YOU ALL!!! To Jacee(housekeeping) who was very patient. There are just a few things that the management must consider and one would be for guests be able to receive/make calls from their rooms. ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT!!! A BIT PRICEY Would definately stay again.

Your hotel needs better sweeper, the floor of my room had so much sand, which makes the room so uncomfortable, and the meals were also bad, I ordered for fried rice but its came back tasting like it has been made some days back, same thing happen when with the pounded yam I asked for the next morning, to make its worst the ladies in the kitchen were very rude. The customer service bad, if you can fix all this your hotel will do well because its a nice environment.

I was very impressed with the hotel. My room was always kept neat and the Wifi service was functional. The food was delicious and affordable. The environment was serene and the staff were friendly.

My stay at the hotel was good,the environment was clean and beautiful,they have excellent customer service and beautiful facilities and environment but my toilet flush was not working that I had to fetch water into a bucket and flush.They should work on it.

My experience was short of remarkable but I didn't have any complaints either. I had a somewhat brief stay so there isn't much I can say but I will recommend your hotel to visitors nonetheless, my experience was average.

There was a handprint on my room wall and room looked like it had just been slept in. I had to complain before given another room. It was okay as I had lodged for business. A budget hotel

My stay was just memorable, the hotel's management and staff had a good and excellent relationship with the guests. The hotel location was accessible, the environment beautiful, water and power supply was uninterrupted. Everywhere was well fumigated, I really loved my stay at the hotel.

Although I actually didn't like the room I was given initially because it was kind of too small for me, I was later upgraded to a very lovely room with a nice bed, and it was very clean. I also like their customer service, it with was excellent.

They have well trained staff, constant power supply, and functioning water heater. The hotel is well secured and clean. The room was not quite big but it was comfortable. My stay was awesome.

I was not disappointed at all. The staff really knows what customer service is all about. In all, the hotel was up to my standard and my stay was fun.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, it was so hard to locate because there was not even a single signboard leading to the hotel. My room was not tidy, the toilet was not neat too. There was no towel in the bathroom and no toiletries was provided. The bed spread was looking dirty, I was really disappointed. The hotel was beautiful but they need to work on signboard so that it would be easy for guest to locate the hotel and improve also on cleaning.

My stay was horrible even though the receptionist I met was friendly but the whole place was a mess.The room I was given was very smelly and water had damaged the wall, the bed spread and pillow case was dirty, toiletries and towel was not provided. They really need to work on their services.
