That hotel is very useless, very very useless, that place is not habitable at all, so unkempt, unclean, so dirty...

I have been using the hotel for over 10 years and I think the hotel management should make an effort to change some things. The towels are old and used, some of the locks where valuables are kept are damaged and should be changed. A total maintenance overhaul is needed asap!

I did not enjoy my stay there.The pictures on the site are totally different from what is available at the hotel. The rugs were smelly and the rooms were not so clean. I was utterly not happy with the service at the hotel. They need to do better.

Your hotel was okay but there are some things that I notice, the sanitation was not properly done and room heater was not working in my room. I like the fact that hot water was provided for me but I wish the heater in my room was working so I don't have to asked. In general your hotel was okay.

Stayed one night at this hotel in November. Thoroughly regretted it. The receptionist had no clue about our booking until we showed him a reservation confirmation printout. It took over 5 hours to find us a room and only after threatening to relocate to another hotel. There was no complementary drink/ food . We napped on settee in the bar area even though the staff knew we arrived on overnight flight from Europe. The room was old and dirty with tattered carpet, old, dirty and non functional fridge, dirty bathroom with missing tiles. The bath towels were old & tattered. Both hotel & Management need revamping. Hotel not recommended.

My experience was worse than I expected. The rate was reasonable but the service was poor. There was power supply quite alright, but the water running in the tap was dirty and untreated. The room was smelly. All I was provided with was a bed and a TV which was very disappointing. There was no power supply until several hours after I checked in. I do not look forward to staying here again unless their services are improved.

Please first impression matters a lot, so I urge your customer relations officers to be attentive and graceful in their approach. It makes a lot of difference. I was not happy with my stay.

The location was perfect for my visit, the bar was open till late night and the services were generally okay. I particularly liked the huge car park. I also enjoyed taking walks in the late afternoons and evenings.

Your hotel facilities are too old, why will your hotel still use facilities of the 1960's in this modern time, I'm very disappointed what was I saw, your towels are old, your bed don't have extra pillow for a room of that standard, please your hotel management needs to do renovation in all areas, changing of all the television to flat screen TV of this time, modern AC and more pillows in the room. The only part I liked about your hotel was the security system, your compound is very secured and neat too.

I did not enjoy my stay at the hotel, when we ordered for food, it took them like forever before they brought it. Also, there was no tissue paper in the room, and, after we made calls for them to provide one, no one did till we left the hotel the next day.
