The hotel's staff were nice and friendly, customer service is awesome. The hotel is located in a conducive environment. I enjoyed my stay as the bed was perfect and the room was very comfortable. Meals at the hotel are affordable and delicious.

The hotel is really nice. I like the fact that it was really quiet - I was able to relax and do my work. The only problem I had was that the time allocated on their WiFi was really short. Apart from that, everything was nice.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The environment was cool and clean. The staff were nice and polite. The customer services provided is above average. The only issue I had was that the air conditioner was not working well in the room when I checked in but it was eventually fixed for me. Nice place!

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room was beautiful, with plenty of space and a large bed. Staff were very helpful and welcoming, I don't think there was something to dislike, except the fact that I could only stay for one night. I wish I had extended my stay, It was so lovely here. The environment was so conducive with good security. Great location and excellent facilities. I would visit again some other time.

I can only say good things here. I am usually very finicky about hotels and the cleanliness of their rooms and bathroom/toilet facilities. This hotel is super. Rooms are very neat, and their bathrooms and toilets are well kept. You get a shampoo cream, body wash, lotion, toothpaste and new toothbrushes as well. Food is great too. The hotel has power supply round the clock, with a good choice of DSTV stations, unlike most places where you are stuck with whatever the reception people give you. And you get all this at N10,000. You can hardly get these facilities even in Abuja where I stay with all their insanely expensive hotels. I rate this hotel highly and recommend it to all who visit Lagos. Its central location in Surulere is also an advantage.

I have nothing bad about this hotel. Everything works. I was very comfortable with the executive rooms. Though the executive room is quite small but they made up for it in very comfortable pillows, bedding and good customer services. The staffs are very nice and customer satisfaction oriented. If I need to stay at a hotel in the Surulere area anytime soon, this would be in my top 5 list.

Comfortable and clean Hotel. Service & facilities are excellent and I love the location. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome. Staff were always attentive and available. There were no communication problems. The pool facilities were wonderful and a great retreat from the heat. We had a delightful stay at this hotel, the service and hospitality of the staff was great due to their friendliness. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return sometime in the future."

My stay at this hotel was okay. The environment was clean and the room was very neat; which is what every guest looks forward to. The issues I faced at this hotel were the hospitality and room size; their customer service was bad, and there was a particular lady at the front desk that was very rude to guests. Also, my room was very small, not what I expected at the rate at which I paid. Overall, I had a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, except for the fact that the check in process was quite tedious and the staff were telling me to wait they'd call one guy who was supposed to come and check me in I was really annoyed . Apart from the tedious check in, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
